One of the most rewarding moments is seeing a customer’s face light up when I position the tub exactly where they envisioned it. It reminds me why I love what I do. Whether it's a couple planning a relaxing evening or a family dreaming of fun weekends together, their joy makes all the effort worthwhile. I’d say about 99% of the people I meet are genuinely thrilled to see me rolling up with their new hot tub. That enthusiasm is the fuel that keeps me going.
Of course, not every delivery is smooth sailing. Some jobs come with their fair share of challenges. I’ve navigated steep hills, tight corners, and muddy backyards. The trick is to have a solid plan and a clear path before I even start moving the tub. Planning ahead ensures that the delivery is not only successful but also safe for both me and the hot tub.
Then there are the moments that really test my skills, like hoisting a hot tub onto a high deck or maneuvering it through a narrow garden gate. These challenges keep the job interesting, and I’ve learned to embrace them. There’s a sense of accomplishment that comes with overcoming obstacles, especially when the end result is a happy customer.

Whether it’s answering questions about setup, offering maintenance tips, or just sharing their excitement, I take pride in making the entire experience positive and stress-free.
